My Work ✷

Researching how financial advisors navigate complex product workflows, while exploring new ways to turn user needs into better experiences, tools, and product decisions.

Redesigning how students discover DJs, stories, and past content for CSUF’s student-run radio station, from rethinking key pages to building a semester archive.

Turning usability friction into product direction for a platform serving 30,000+ financial advisors through heuristic evaluation, research synthesis, and cross-functional collaboration.
